Rates locked
The rates in your partner agreement — 10% for years 1-3, 3% from year 4, 1.5% of allocated cost for consultant referrals — are locked for the duration of each referral relationship. Program changes only apply to new referrals.
30-day payouts
You're paid within 30 days of MyCo receiving the client's payment. You earn on completed, paid projects only — no phantom commissions, no clawback surprises.
Transparent tracking
Every referral is registered and tracked from first contact to payout, with updates as its status changes. You always know what's pending, what's active, and what's been paid.
Referring consultants instead of clients? That pays 1.5% of the consultant's allocated project cost for every project they work on. The full program terms and partner agreement are provided during onboarding — before you make your first referral.
Partner questions, answered straight
Does it cost anything to join, and is there a minimum commitment?
No and no. The partner program is completely free to join, and there are no quotas or minimums. Refer one business a year or ten — you earn on every referral that becomes a paying client.
When and how do I get paid?
You're paid within 30 days of MyCo receiving payment from the client. The typical flow: project completed, client invoiced, client pays, and your commission follows within 30 days of that payment. Payment options include ACH direct deposit (fastest) and check.
What if a project is cancelled?
You only earn on completed, paid projects. If a project is cancelled before the client pays, no commission is due — but there's no penalty to you either, and your future referrals are unaffected.
How long does my referral relationship last?
Your commission on a client referral lasts as long as that client remains active with MyCo — there's no expiration. You earn 10% of project revenue in years 1-3 and 3% from year 4 onward. If a client goes inactive (no projects for 12+ months), earnings pause; if they return, your earnings resume.
Can I refer both a client and a consultant?
Yes. Client referrals and consultant referrals are tracked separately, and you can earn both. Client referrals pay 10% of project revenue for years 1-3, then 3% ongoing. Consultant referrals pay 1.5% of the consultant's allocated project cost. If you refer a client and a consultant who works on that client's projects, you earn both commissions.
